This past weekend I was lucky enough to go to Arlington International Racecourse with my dad Spiro, my friend Lia and my cousin Kristina. It was my first time at the track even though I grew up in Mt. Prospect and my high school was right by there. Although it was closing weekend, it was seriously such a fun day and we couldn’t have asked for better weather. I’m really glad my dad came along because we called him the expert and he gave us a tutorial of how to play. Too bad we didn’t earn any winnings.
Special shout out to Mike, America’s Best Racing Brand Ambassador, for being so inviting and giving us behind the scenes looks at the track. There’s so much to see and do from top notch fashion and exciting action on the track at Arlington. It was really fun seeing a race up close and even feeding a horse a peppermint. We all had a blast and are looking forward to next season already!
