This owl dress is music to my ears. I headed down to St. Louis for Lou Fest, a music festival to meet up with one of my best friends, Elizabeth, a few weeks back and had an awesome weekend listening to some of my favorite bands. It was really fun hanging out and catching up with her and being entertained by her husband, Chad.

Most importantly though, we were together when we found this dress and then stalked it for two days. It also so happens that owls are one of my favorite animals. I know weird right, but owls represent wisdom and education. For years, I’ve collected random owl things and I’m glad I added this to my collection. I guess every time I go to St. Louis I come back with an owl. Over the summer, Elizabeth and I got matching owl necklaces. How BFF of us! Long story short, this dress is definitely making my fall wardrobe a bit more entertaining.
