I’m laughing genuinely in these photos, but inside I’m sad because I had to say peace out to summer vacation this week. I can’t believe that the new school year started yesterday and I’m already so busy with everything. I loved the first day of school as a kid because of all the new school supplies and finding out who were my teachers and new classmates. And of course, getting a new fall wardrobe. Luckily, with the 90s trends coming back I can sort of relieve my youth.

Now, going back to school is a bit rough because I have to get used to the new schedule/what I’m teaching and figure out what to wear everyday haha. Hopefully, this will be a great year. It’s also kind of funny that at the beginning of the year I go from wearing pumps and wedges to sneakers everyday by the end of the year. I love a good sneaker + skirt/dress combo anyway, so it’s totally work appropriate 😉 Now, let’s see how long that will last this year! Happy new school year to all my teacher friends!
