Blogger Craft Club: Ombré Heart

blogger-craft-club-ombre-heart01My blogger friends Jill and Erin hosted the first Blogger Craft Club at Smitten last week. Even though I’m not the best at crafty things, it was a lot of fun. Since the first club was around Valentine’s Day, we painted ombré hearts on aprons. It was such a cute project and if I could do it, anybody can. We used the eraser part of the pencil and dabbed it into fabric paint and then onto the apron with a stencil. After 72 hours, it was safe to wear. With my new found talent of cooking, I’m sure to get a lot of use out of it. Aside from all the crafting that took place, it was lovely hanging out with the girls and sharing ideas for the next craft club.

P.S. These fun drinks were non-alcoholic (coconut and orange juice). AND how cute was the tablescape?!
