I’m back in Chicago, but my mind and heart are still in Melbourne… It was so hard coming back and leaving my sister and my niece. I’m not sure when I’ll see them again, but I hope it’s sooner than later and not a year and a half like this time. I’ll always treasure the memories we made forever.

These photos are from our trip to the Dandenong National Park 1,000 steps. We had no clue what we were in for, but my mom, Fay and I made it to the top and we felt a sense of accomplishment. We challenged ourselves both mind and body and what a view from the top. We definitely felt the hike for several days, but it was all worth it. More Melbourne posts coming this week.
