back to school - 1Wow, this is the fourth week of school already and I’m just beginning to finally adjust to being back. Although the ninety degree weather is making me think otherwise, school definitely is back in session. Between prepping lessons for sixth and eighth grades this year and coaching, it feels like summer never even happened! I really like my students, so all the hard work is definitely worth it!

This is one of my favorite “teacher” looks – especially because of these awesome red pointy ballerina flats and the high-rise midi polka dot skirt. The color combination also reminds me of the 1950s style which is definitely timeless. AND because I like to make my outfit speak for itself, the bowtie adds a fun element, don’t you think?! Anybody else going back to school or already has?
