Boombox Beats

In keeping with the theme of fashion should be fun, my boombox beats outfit makes me so happy. I mean who doesn’t love music and an awesome boombox necklace?! Music is such an important aspect of my life. There is a song or artist for every mood I’m in. I’ve mentioned in another post that I played the cello for many years and learned to read music as well. I also grew up on Greek artists that my parents listened to. I remember hearing the cassettes in the car rides and the radio being constantly on at my house. Now, my musical tastes have expanded over many genres. Along with loving music, being able to bust out a dance party at any time and place is a very important skill to have (which I believe I have mastered). On that note (no pun intended), what are some of your favorite tunes that I could add to my playlists?

No Sleep Till Brooklyn

Sooo, you must have already guessed that I’m kind of obsessed with Brooklyn and every time I land at LaGuardia, my anthem No Sleep Till Brooklyn starts playing in my head. If you ever have the chance to visit, you must walk the bridge. The first time I walked it was several years ago and it was raining so bad. In fact, it was the city’s most rainfall in a hundred years. I seriously don’t know how I did it because I could barely see. I’m so happy that this time it was absolutely beautiful and sunny! It really was the perfect day to get in great views of the city. I’ll be seeing you again real soon Brooklyn. Xoxo! HAMR is 3!!! I seriously can’t believe it! Time really flies by fast when you’re having fun 🙂 I’m so grateful for all the love and support throughout the years. Thank you all for following along on my style journey and allowing me to share my stories. Starting my blog three years ago was terrifying and I took a risk into the unknown. I’m glad I decided to dive in head first and begin HAMR. I hope you continue reading as HAMR evolves with me.

I want to thank Firmoo for helping me celebrate this milestone. I’m in love with my new prescription eyeglasses and the color is perfect.
