Hair Style With Olivia Garden

Hair-Style-With-Olivia-Garden2I’m excited about today’s hair style post with Olivia Garden! I love getting my hair done, but that doesn’t happen as often as I would like. I usually leave my hair down or up in a top knot and when I get bored with that, I usually chop off all of my hair. For those times in between hair styles, I love wearing braids. A favorite hair style of mine is a side faux French and fishtail braid bun.

First, I sprayed my hair with dry shampoo.Hair-Style-With-Olivia-Garden4Then I brushed my hair with my Olivia Garden Divine wet detangler brushHair-Style-With-Olivia-Garden3I started braiding with three pieces of hair from the top of my head and every loop I grabbed more hair.
Hair-Style-With-Olivia-Garden5I stopped braiding when I reached my ear. Then I brushed the remainder of my hair to smooth it altogether.

mod05Back to the life, back to reality… It’s Monday and spring break is officially over… Sad panda. It’s okay though because this just means summer break is getting closer by the second. The break was really nice because I definitely relaxed and drank a lot of coffee. A lot of coffee. Aside from hanging out with friends, I also pampered myself this week.

This might sound weird, but one of my favorite things is when people play with my hair or style it. So it was perfect when I went to Civello’s Young Talent Salon and got the best hair and scalp head therapy session ever. Honestly, I may have dozed off a bit, but I couldn’t help it, it felt sooo good and the oils smelled wonderful. The hair fun continued when Taylor, my stylist, gave my hair a mod blowout. She made my hair so soft and somehow seem longer!

In honor of Earth Day and clean water and products, the Young Talent Salon is having $15 blowouts on April 13th from 4-8PM and if you are unable to attend this event, the regular $20 blowout is still a steal along with hair cuts at $25 and color at $40+.

medium-hair-1Today was a cold day from work, so I had plenty of time to catch up on Pinterest. I have the itch to change up my hair again, so I’ve narrowed it down to several looks I like. I’m not ready to say good-bye to my long locks just yet, but I definitely want to do something. I’m always so indecisive when it comes to a new do and I usually end up chopping it all off, but I’m really going to resist this time. Which look do you think I should do?
