Luck of the Irish - 1I must have the luck of the Irish because this is my lucky outfit! If you’ve been following my snaps (@hallwaysrunways), it might seem familiar. It’s pretty much my go-to night look these days. Both my crop top and high waist wide leg pants are from Forever21! I love a good find from there that doesn’t necessarily “look” like I’m dressing like a teenager. And since St. Patrick’s day is a big deal in Chicago, I’m part Chirish today.. haha.

Now since I’m not decked out in head to toe green, I much prefer green accents like this statement necklace and earrings. The perfect “pop” of color. These earrings are just like my Kate Spade black earrings that I always wear, so now I’m glad I have these to switch it up a bit. off the shoulder - 2This is, by far, my favorite summer outfit! This Topshop floral off the shoulder crop top is the most comfortable and chic article of clothing in my closet right now and I got it on super sale (only $14)! I’m also still embracing my love of these high-waisted skinny jeans from Australia. I think I wore this outfit pretty much every other day last week just to clarify my love for it. What’s your favorite summer go-to outfit? Luna Park

luna-park - 4I celebrated 4th of July at the Luna Park in St. Kilda! I hope everybody Stateside had a wonderful holiday. It was such a beautiful sunny day in Melbourne and I’m still in awe that it’s winter. (Sorry if I say that in every post!) The Luna Park is right by the pier where penguins live. Apparently they come out late at night, so I might need to look out for them another night.

I’m wearing these awesome tailor fitted, made in Australia high waisted jeans. Say that three times fast. My sister took me to this little shop in Brunswick (sort of like Wicker Park/Bucktown) and we both got our dream jeans for just fifty Australian dollars which is like forty bucks. I couldn’t believe the price tag which included alterations. I might have to come back every year just to get jeans (wink wink)!
