Orange you glad it’s the weekend? I am (because I can finally see my non-teacher friends) even though I’m trying to savor every last day of my summer break. Orange screams summer like no other. From the neon thread on the buttons of my button-down to my nails and lips – I apparently am screaming for summer to linger as much as possible AND I’m wearing an orange ring with an actual dried orange! It’s all in the details. What’s your favorite go-to summer color and any fun weekend plans?

Pleats, polka dots and peaks of orange make this preppy dress so dreamy. It’s very hard to resist a Maison Jules dress because the fit and style always fit like they were made just for me. The lightweight material made for a breezy day shopping in SoHo and eating macaroons.
Once you find a brand, cut or length to a dress or any article of clothing, stick with that brand/cut/length. Knowing your body type is better than just wearing something that’s just trendy. A big part of personal style is knowing what fits your body and how you express that. And it’s definitely alright to experiment with different fabrics, prints, lengths, etc..
