Is it just me, or did it seem like this was the never-ending week?! I’m so glad that it’s finally Fri(es) Day! Let the weekend festivities begin 🙂 How fun is this T-Shirt?! It totally spoke to me at Zara and I couldn’t pass it up at only $7.90! I love the retro-ness (new word, trust me) of this entire look from the varsity (thrifted) jacket, to the cat-eye glasses. I think blinged out Snoopy and Woodstock totally approve and hopefully Charlie Brown does too!
This past holiday weekend, I went to New York with my sister to visit our brother and to do a little networking for Limani Designs. I had the best time hanging out in Brooklyn and being a little bit touristy in Manhattan, but not too much. The best part of going to New York is that I’ve already done a lot of tourist attractions, so now it’s even more fun exploring the neighborhoods and not dealing with the massive amount of crowds everywhere. I definitely blended in Brooklyn with my weekend color scheme of black and burgundy. We couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful weekend and stay tuned for more photos.

Spotted. I found the perfect winter dress. Although it has short sleeves, it’s a thicker material. I wore it with this awesome Theory bomber jacket that I found at Crossroads Trading for $45. That place is seriously amazing. Don’t worry I have a couple more pieces from there that were practically given to me coming up. This is definitely my go-to outfit for this season.
On another note, this is one of my last posts with my long hair (eek!) I’m loving my new shorter hair though. Plus, I feel so different, in a good way. Change is good and it’s just hair at the end of the day – it will grow back. I hope you’ll like it too when I post (soon as well).
